Choi Teacher Wrong-Answer Notes Terms of Use

These terms set the conditions for using Choi Teacher Wrong-Answer Notes (the "App") made by Choidev (choidev, the "Developer"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

  • The App provides a wrong-answer notebook where you collect missed problems as photos and review them, along with memo, schedule, and reminder features.
  • All data is encrypted and stored on your device. If you want, you can create an encrypted backup to your own Google Drive.
  • The Developer does not run a separate server and cannot receive or view what you enter.
  • The App is free and shows ads (Google AdMob).

2. Your Responsibilities

  • You alone know and manage your backup password and app lock. The Developer cannot see them, so we cannot find or recover them for you, and if you lose the password, that backup cannot be restored.
  • You manage your linked Google account and your Drive storage.
  • You must not use the App in ways that break the law or infringe other people's rights, including copyright. Use photos of workbooks or textbooks for personal study only.

3. Content Rights

  • You keep the rights to the problems, memos, photos, and recordings you create, and the Developer does not access that content.
  • The Developer holds the rights to the App itself, including its design, code, and trademarks.

4. Service Changes and Discontinuation

  • The developer may change, add, or remove features, and may stop providing the app.
  • Even if the app stops being provided, data on your device and in Drive remains as it is, and you can export it as a backup file.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • The app is provided "as is," and no warranty is given that it is error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • Review schedules and statistics are for reference to help your studying, and do not guarantee exam results.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for damages caused by device failure or loss, forgotten passwords, data loss due to app deletion, or outages of third-party services such as Google Drive. Please back up important information regularly.

6. Advertising

  • Ads shown in the app are provided by Google, and the products or services in those ads are the responsibility of the advertisers.

7. Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms, we will post the revised version with its effective date on this page. Continuing to use the app after the changes means you agree to the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
