English

What we use: precise/approximate location (record your spot, distance, excluded zones); background location only if you turn on Bluetooth auto log, to record the spot when your car's Bluetooth disconnects while the app is closed; camera only for photos you take; nearby devices only to detect your chosen car's connection.

Storage: the app has no internet permission. All records and photos stay in the app's private storage on your device and are never sent to the developer. No account, ads or analytics.

Third parties: addresses come from the geocoder built into Android, which receives coordinates. "Location" and "Directions" pass coordinates to the map app you choose, under that app's policy.

Retention: data stays until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Photo disclaimer: stamped time and location come from the device clock and GPS; no legal validity is guaranteed and the developer accepts no legal liability.

Children: not directed at children under 13.

Changes: updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
