신고할 때 적어 주실 내용
- 권리자(또는 대리인)의 이름과 연락처(이메일, 전화번호)
- 침해되었다고 보는 저작물과 그 권리를 가진 사실을 알 수 있는 자료(원본 주소, 등록증, 창작 과정을 보여주는 자료 등)
- 사이트에서 침해가 일어난 위치(글·댓글·방명록의 주소)
- 게시 중단을 요청하는 이유
- 대리인이 신고하는 경우 위임장
- 적은 내용이 사실이라는 확인
처리 절차
- 게시 중단: 요건을 갖춘 신고를 받으면 해당 게시물을 바로 중단(비공개)합니다.
- 통보: 신고자와, 게시물을 올린 사람(댓글·방명록 작성자 등)에게 중단 사실을 알립니다.
- 재게시 요청: 게시자는 정당한 권리가 있음을 소명하여 다시 게시해 달라고 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 재게시: 소명이 타당하면 재게시하고 신고자에게 그 사실과 재게시 예정일을 알립니다. 다만 신고자가 게시자를 상대로 소를 제기한 사실을 재게시 예정일 전에 알려 오면 재게시하지 않습니다.
운영자가 직접 쓴 글에 대한 신고는 사실을 확인한 뒤 수정하거나 내리고, 결과를 신고자에게 알려 드립니다.
허위 신고
정당한 권리 없이 게시 중단을 요청해 다른 사람에게 손해를 입히면 그 손해를 배상할 책임이 생길 수 있습니다(「저작권법」 제103조 제6항).

choidev is a personal blog operated in the Republic of Korea. Copyright complaints are handled under Article 103 of the Korean Copyright Act, which follows a notice-and-takedown process similar to the U.S. DMCA.
To report infringement, email [email protected] with the subject "[DMCA] Copyright Notice" and include:
- Your name and contact details (email, phone), or those of the rights holder you represent
- Identification of the copyrighted work and proof of ownership
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on this site
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the person who posted it, who may submit a counter-notice.
